Hi, I’m Courtney, and I have a lot to say.

One Year Out Here is the story of our family’s bold adventure: selling our home, buying an RV, and hitting the road for a year. We’re a family of four… plus a puppy. (In hindsight, getting a dog right before moving into an RV may not have been our smartest decision, but that’s a story for another day.)

I hope you’ll stick around as I share our journey through homeschooling, RV life, traveling around the U.S., parenting neurodivergent boys, and everything in between.

Especially the in-between.

I’m beyond inspired by your insight to know that you needed to do something major league different to break the cycle and the courage to make it happen. I have full confidence that the road ahead is going to be easier than the road that got you here. Can’t wait to follow your journey!
